Sarah Jones, prior TBB President answers some questions about Oakland schools.
Our first (hopefully annual) school panel discussion was held on Tuesday evening. With 9 panelists and over 30 twin parents, it was a great success. Panelists were informative, engaging, and sometimes funny. The discussion focused a lot on whether to separate or keep together twins, whether to hold back children with fall birthdays, and what to do when one twin advances academically or socially more quickly than the other. Thanks to all our panelists and guests for a great evening and thanks to Susan, our fearless leader for the tasty food.
